Are there volunteer opportunities?

We currently do not have any volunteer opportunities at the Twin Valley Zoo.

Are balloons allowed?

No, balloons can often scare our birds and other animals - so they are strictly prohibited.

Do children under 2 have to pay for entry?

Absolutely not! All children under the age of 2 are welcome to come without a ticket and they will be admitted for free with a paying adult or senior.

How long does it take to receive my tickets?

You'll receive a confirmation email quickly, then tickets typically arrive in your inbox within 20 minutes of purchase. If not received, please check your spam folder and/or contact us for assistance.

Are there any educational programs available?

Currently information ℹ️ on visiting the Zoo can be found on our Educators Area page. You can also look to book your group or class for 2026 on our Booking page. We encourage you to also check out and explore our Animals database with your group or students.

Is there a change table available for diaper-changing?

Yes! You can find a changing table in our accessible ♿ washrooms located in the most the northern part of the Zoo.

Are there bathrooms around the Zoo?

Bathrooms are centrally located and can be found by the reptile room. Our bathrooms are fully accessible.
