Adults – such as parents, volunteers or leaders are discounted group rate when they are included.
Payment must be made in full upon arrival.

Upon Arrival

Be sure to following the instructions upon arrival.

Buses will drop off and pick up passengers in front of our welcome bridge near the gift shop. Upon arrival, one representative should enter the gift shop to provide the total number of guests and make full payment for the entire group. To prevent congestion, the rest of the group can proceed through our side gate. This approach ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Hour and Weather

Hours of operation are always weather permitting and can be subject to change without notice. Please check our Facebook page for daily updates on possible closures. Some animals may be indoors during inclement weather. Last admissions one hour prior to closing.

What to Bring

Be sure to pack water bottles, a hat and wear weather appropriate clothing. You are welcome to bring your own picnic lunch. Chefs Hotdog, a gourmet food truck serving hot dogs, sausages, and burgers – areavailable for purchase exclusively at Twin Valley!!

Letting us know via phone, voicemail, message or email does not secure your booking. All bookings must be paid in full upon arrival. We do not send invoices.
