Can I make changes to my ticket?

All tickets are sold as-is and cannot be modified after purchase. There are no refunds for purchased tickets or passes.

How long does it take to receive my tickets?

You'll receive a confirmation email quickly, then tickets typically arrive in your inbox within 20 minutes of purchase. If not received, please check your spam folder and/or contact us for assistance.

Can I add a name to a ticket?

Not on the website – there is a recipient line at the bottom of all tickets to write down the name of whomever you are giving tickets/passes to as a printed gift.

Do children under 2 have to pay for entry?

Absolutely not! All children under the age of 2 are welcome to come without a ticket and they will be admitted for free with a paying adult or senior.
