  • Adults – such as parents, volunteers or leaders are discounted group rate when they are included.

Be sure to pack water bottles, a hat and wear weather appropriate clothing. You are welcome to bring your own picnic lunch. Chefs Hotdog, a gourmet food truck serving hot dogs, sausages, and burgers – are available for purchase exclusively at the Twin Valley Zoo.

Upon Arrvial.

Bus drop-off and pick-up will take place directly in front of our welcome.

Buses will drop off and pick up passengers in front of our welcome bridge near the gift shop. Upon arrival, one representative should enter the gift shop to provide the total number of guests and make full payment for the entire group. To prevent congestion, the rest of the group can proceed through our side gate. This approach ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

What should we bring to the Zoo?

We encourage you to download our All-New Zoo Map, bring re-useable water bottles and snacks, as well as any sunscreen or rain coats depending on the weather!

How do I book for a class or group visit?

Is there parking for cars and buses?

Yes! Our large parking 🅿️ lot offers tons of room for cars and buses. If booking for a group or class, be sure to see our Groups & Classes page.

Are there any educational programs available?

Currently information ℹ️ on visiting the Zoo can be found on our Educators Area page. You can also look to book your group or class for 2026 on our Booking page. We encourage you to also check out and explore our Animals database with your group or students.

Letting us know via phone, voicemail, message or email does not secure your booking. All bookings must be paid in full upon arrival. We do not send invoices.
