Groups, School Trips & Staff

Teachers, Educational Assistants, E.C.E’s, and Essential Support/Nursing staff are free. Camp councillors or supervisors are also free when accompanying and supervising camp groups. Parents, volunteers or helpers are not free, but do get to enjoy our discounted group rate when they are included in the group count and payment. Payment must be made in full upon arrival. We no longer send out invoicing, but are happy to issue a receipt if needed. Please email us to request a receipt. Upon arrival please send one representative into the gift shop to give us your total number and make full payment for all guests, including parents, volunteers or helpers. The rest of the group will be let through our side gate to avoid congestion in the gift shop.

Please Note

All booking are confirmed with a confirmation email after you submit your form online. Letting us know via phone, voicemail, message or email does not secure your booking. All bookings must be paid in full upon arrival! We do not send invoices.
