Absolutely not! All children under the age of 2 are welcome to come without a ticket and they will be admitted for free with a paying adult or senior.
You'll receive a confirmation email quickly, then tickets typically arrive in your inbox within 20 minutes of purchase. If not received, please check your spam folder and/or contact us for assistance.
Not on the website – Tickets can be gifted within the Tickets Portal accessible here, allowing you to either email or print a copy of the ticket with a name added.
Season's Passes can be pre-registered there as well prior to entry, with an associated name and picture - this will allow us to pre-print your Season's Pass card prior to your first entry into the zoo, allowing for a simple first-visit and beyond.
Daily admit tickets are limited to one entry per purchase, you can use or gift the daily admit ticket you purchase and it will be voided after entry.
All tickets are sold as-is and cannot be modified after purchase. There are no refunds for purchased tickets or passes.
Bring your printed tickets or have them ready on your phone when you visit the zoo. We'll scan the QR code to grant you entry!
